Markings Gallery is a cooperative gallery located in Bath, representing more than 50 Maine artists and craftspeople working across a wide range of contemporary media. The gallery features work created in metal, clay, fiber, paper, glass, paint, stone and wood, offering visitors an eclectic and thoughtfully curated selection of fine art and craft.
Exhibitions include both individual artist presentations and seasonal thematic group shows that highlight shared ideas or materials. Gallery members are actively involved in daily operations, and visitors often encounter artists working on site, providing added insight into the creative process and the stories behind the work on display.
