The 2nd Annual Joy to the Ville community holiday celebration will include plenty of FREE family-friendly holiday fun in downtown Waterville - including a free movie screening, free arts and crafts, and free goodies at local shops!

Are you ready for the 2nd Annual Joy to the Ville community holiday celebration in Waterville?

We're saving the date - and will bring back many of your favorite activities from our 2017 event including a FREE family-friendly holiday film at the Waterville Opera House, free art activities with the Colby College Museum of Art at Common Street Arts, story time with very special guests at the Waterville Public Library, lots of awesome discounts, deals and free goodies at local shops and restaurants -- AND MORE! Save the date, we'll announce more details as Joy to the Ville nears, including how area businesses can get involved in this free day of celebration here in Waterville!

Scheduled activities include:

  • Visiting Santa and Mrs. Claus at Kringleville in Castonguay Square, 93 Main Street in Downtown Waterville. See for more information.
  • Free screening of Home Alone the movie at Railroad Square Cinema from 10:00am - 12:00pm
  • Free Holiday Card and Ornament Making at Common Street Arts at Hathaway from 10:00am - 4:00pm
  • Create, Design, and Write your own Storybook for free with the Colby Museum of Art at the Alfond Commons Chase Forum from 2:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Free HD broadcast of The King and I from London at the Waterville Opera House from 4:00pm - 6:00pm
