Gardiner Holiday Tree Lighting

Historic downtown Gardiner's annual holiday tree lighting event with caroling, hot cocoa, and a visit from a jolly old elf!

Visit historic downtown Gardiner for the lighting of the official Christmas tree on Shop Small Saturday as part of Gardiner Main Street's Days of Light celebrations. Caroling, hot chocolate and a performance by Ampersand Academy of Dance and Performance, will lead way to a special appearance from a jolly old elf who will light the tree.

Gather in Johnson Hall Park at 4:30pm along with a bake sale and hot chocolate and Gardiner Main Street ornament sales. Join in on caroling and watch Ampersand Academy Dance at 5:00. The tree is lit at 5:25 by Santa.

After the tree is lit, visits with Santa will be from 5:30 to 6:30pm inside Gardiner City Hall Council Room at 6 Church Street. Enter by the public safety entrance.
