Bounty & Brew: A Farmers Market Pairing Dinner

Join us for a peak-season celebration of Maine flavor: a four-course pop-up dinner pairing Maine craft beer with the freshest ingredients from the Wiscasset Farmers Market. Each dish will highlight a seasonal ingredient sourced directly from one of the market's vendors, showcasing the variety and vibrancy of our local food community in mid-August. Beer pairings will be curated by Certified Cicerone® Will Laliberte of Mad Scientist Brewing, whose selections will elevate and complement each farm-fresh course. It's an evening dedicated to great food, great beer, and the spirit of eating local, right here in Wiscasset.

The evening will feature a pre-set four-course menu including an appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert, each thoughtfully crafted to highlight the best of what's in season at the Wiscasset Farmers Market. Ingredients will be sourced just days before the event to ensure peak freshness and flavor. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions well in advance; while we will do our best to accommodate, the highly seasonal and curated nature of the menu may limit our ability to make substitutions.
