Baked Bean Supper at the Franco Center Oct. 14

The Franco Center will host a baked bean supper from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 in its Heritage Hall.

Chef John Pulsifer has provided the menu which typically includes

• Boston Baked Pea Beans • New England Baked Red Kidney Beans • Baked Lasagna • Cole Slaw • Steamed Kayem Red Hot Dogs • Steamed B & M Brown Bread or Fresh Baked Biscuits • Coffee, Tea, Lemonade • Fresh Baked Homemade Desserts to include: Apple Crisp, Assorted Fruit Pies, Pumpkin Pie, Cream Pies, and Cakes: Carrot, Chocolate, Gold

The Franco Center provides access to Franco-American traditions such as meetups for conversational French speakers, La Rencontre luncheons with entertainment, concerts by Franco-American performers, and food such as bean suppers and tourtière pies.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12-and-under.
