6th Annual BiKaRu (formerly known as RuKaBi) Race

Rangeley BiKaRu Race (formerly known as RuKaBi) - Bike 6 miles - Kayak 1.5 miles - Run 3.5 miles. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers in each of the following categories:

Individual Categories:

Male Female Youth (18 and under). Team Categories:

Mixed Team: all ages, all male or all female, or combo Silver Team: 60 and older First Responders: Fire Departments, EMTs, Boarder Patrol, Sherriff's, State Police, etc. Business: All team members work at the same business Registration:

Registration:

Registration opens on March 31st at 6th Annual BiKaRu (formerly RuKaBi) Race (runsignup.com) All registration and payment for the event will occur at runsignup.com with a deadline of August 11th No walk-up registrations will be allowed 13 and under participants must have an adult accompany them on throughout the race or on their individual leg of the race, if on a team Pricing:

Pre-Register by July 31st (If race is cancelled due to weather, there will be no refunds):

$50 (one individual does Bike, Kayak & Run); $75 (for a team)

Register after July 31st (If race is cancelled due to weather, there will be no refunds):

$75 (one individual does Bike, Kayak & Run); $100 (for a team)

Important Notes:

Participants must provide own bike (road bikes not recommended) and kayak. If race is cancelled due to weather, there will be no refunds. Race Day Schedule: Sunday August 13th, 2023

8 am to 9am: Drop off bikes and kayaks in staging area

9am to 10am: Check in

10:00 am: Individual competitors start

10:15 am: Teams Start
