Join us for the 2022 Moose Permit Lottery Drawing and a day of fun-filled activities celebrating our outdoor sporting heritage.
Join us for the day or make the event part of a weekend escape to explore our great outdoors. Local businesses will be featuring live music and specials Friday & Saturday. In celebration of being selected to host the 2022 Moose Permit Lottery Drawing, the one-day event will feature demonstrations, instruction, competitions, children’s activities, food vendors, crafts, t-shirts & hats, local maple products and more.
Some of the activities include: Moose Maine-iah Monster Truck Rides Moose Antler Field Judging Contest Ax Throwing Crosscut Sawing Face Painting Kids’ Games & Bounce House Live Music Beer Garden
Stage Presentations include: "Great Maine Moose Hunt" (Tales and Tips from the Maine Moose Woods) by Roger Lambert Moose Hunt Seminar by Big Woods Bucks “Tirdy Works” Comedy Show Moose Calling Contest (Adults/Kids) Moose Permit Lottery Drawing at 2:00PM
Free shuttle service available from the event around town – hop on Paradise Bus at one of the MOOSE signs to visit local businesses and restaurants.
