Georgetown Pottery’s Georgetown studio

Georgetown Pottery’s Georgetown studio is a working pottery studio and gallery located on Georgetown Island near Reid State Park. This location serves as the original studio for Georgetown Pottery and remains central to its porcelain production. Fine porcelain pieces are created on site, featuring Maine-inspired forms and a range of distinctive glaze finishes developed by the studio.

Visitors can view and purchase both functional and decorative pottery, including tableware, vases and signature forms produced at the Georgetown workshop. The studio offers insight into the making process while presenting finished work in a coastal island setting. Additional Georgetown Pottery galleries are located in Brunswick and Freeport.
