H&S Spirits is Washington County’s first distillery, producing small-batch spirits on Route 1 in Harrington. The distillery incorporates locally sourced fruit into many of its products, including Maine wild blueberries and cranberries from a nearby Harrington farm. Visitors can purchase a range of spirits and cordials made on site, such as fruit liqueurs, corn-based whiskeys, brandy and ready-to-drink cocktails. The lineup highlights Maine ingredients and traditional methods, from wild blueberry and cranberry liqueurs to corn whiskey and neutral spirits. H&S Spirits reflects a locally rooted approach to distilling, with products crafted and bottled in coastal Washington County.
