Maine Restaurant Week
Dates: March 1-12, 2021
Activities: Dining, outdoor dining, takeout
Maine Restaurant Week (MRW) is returning for its 13th season March 1-12, tastefully updated to be consistent with pandemic-driven changes. Customers can find exactly what suits their needs and peruse participating restaurants online, sorting by categories including curbside pickup, heated outdoor dining, safely spaced indoor dining, and more. Though the traditional three-course menu approach is not in the cards for 2021, restaurants are serving up special MRW offers, from classic Maine lobster rolls to Thai-chicken meatballs and fizzy lemon cocktails. There’s vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options as well.
During the chilly depths of winter, skip the leftovers and treat yourself to a warm meal from a state known for its award-winning cuisine. You’ll not only be doing yourself a favor by savoring the traditional and outside-the-box tastes of Maine, you’ll also be supporting the many local restaurants that survived a turbulent year. Participating restaurants were not required to pay to participate this year, made possible by support of L.L.Bean, Mastercard, Norway Savings Bank, Coffee By Design, Bangor Savings Bank, and IDEXX. See the full list of participating restaurants.
