Seanook and Paradise Cottage rent year-round, only by the week in summer, but with both shorter and longer stays in other seasons. Our winter specials start November 1 (excluding Thanksgiving week) when you can stay any three nights for the price of two; or rent a week and get two extra nights. Rent January, February and March for $1100/month at Seanook or $900/month at Paradise Cottage; if you want the whole winter, we would consider your starting in November. Otherwise April is $1250 at Seanook, or $1100 at Paradise Cottage; and May is $1800, and $1400 respectively; June is $4000, and $3000. Please check our website for seasonal rates: www.seanookcottagerental.com. You can also call us at 207-633-6093.
We recently have added another vacation cottage to begin renting June 20, 2015. Tide Walk is a two bedroom two bath cape located just a 5 minute stroll from our pebble beach on a cove of Linekin Bay. It comes with an out-haul and deep water mooring if desired. If you book before April 1, 2015 your weekly rate for up to four people is $800/week, after that the rate is $900/week for the summer weeks.
Handicapped accessible Noblehouse can be rented from May through October.
Paradise Cottage in the garden and overlooking Linekin Bay
Noblehouse by Pemaquid Lake
For a cozy and scenic vacation any time of year, stay at Seanook, on its own rocky point at the head of Linekin Bay. Bring your boat to tie up at our dock. The tide comes in around and under Seanook; it's like living on a boat except it doesn't rock. Seanook has a hot tub, four decks and three upstairs bedrooms.
Paradise Cottage, our smaller, two-bedroom house, is set in perennial gardens with the woods at its back and overlooks the bay. Guests have the private use of our pebble beach, which is a great place to launch your kayaks. Soak in the hot tub under the stars. View wildlife and enjoy our seclusion.
