Women's Full Moon Holistic Canoe Retreat; A Special 20th Anniversary Paddling Expedition in the North Maine Woods

A Full Moon Journey Home to Wonderful You
This retreat is very close to heart for Jen Deraspe, founder of Nurture Through Nature. The birthing of Nurture Through Nature happened on the shores, beaches, lakes and rivers in rugged Maine's remote wilderness areas back in 1999. The shear magic that occurred on those canoe retreats those early years still infuses her inspiration and sense of family, both near and far. She continues to hear from those ladies because of the deep bonds that were created through the magical experience shared.
Words do no justice in describing what unfolds for those that show up for a retreat of this length and nature. Becoming absorbed in the natural world while in community, having all that we truly need in our canoes, creates a sense of spaciousness, simplicity, and empowerment. Connecting with the natural rhythms of sun, moon, stars, water, and earth brings us back to a more authentic and ease-filled way of being.
