Third Annual Luthier Showcase & Festival
Hallowell’s Third Annual Maine Luthiers Exhibition and Music Showcase is a weekend-long event sharing a diverse and accomplished lineup of musicians and stringed instrument makers.
In conjuction with Maine Craft Weekend, Hallowell's Third Annual Luthiers Exhibition and Music Showcase is a weekend-long celebration of Maine-made music that includes a variety of events,which feature Maine-made acoustic and electric instruments – both traditional and contemporary in design. There's a Luthier display at The Harlow Gallery, a renowned guest speaker, and a showcase of the craft. Music fills downtown throughout the entire weekend at several venues. This year will include integenerational craft competitions throughout the weekend as well.
