The offerings for the day:

Suggested Donation $45: includes Qi Gong class, programming, and a charitable contribution to the Thich Nhat Hanh Foundation.
Please bring a healthy, prepared dish and serving utensil for a pot luck lunch serving about 10 people. We request that you bring a vegetarian/gluten free offering. (We have plates, bowls, eating utensils and stoves for warming food. ) Spend the night: You may spend the night in our shared co-ed bunk room in Mt Pleasant Lodge, hostel-style, for an additional $54 per night.
On Saturday, April 25, is our annual Good Karma Volunteer Spring Clean Up Day- Come Friday or Saturday and lend a hand. Spend the night and join in this Day of Mindfulness, a great way to come out of winter mode and enter Spring in Maine through its many textures and dimensions. A great way to meet folks, build community, feel good and do good for a good cause! If you decide to volunteer, we are offering free housing or camping Friday and Saturday night in our bunk room to the first 6 people!
