The Maine Historical Society (MHS) brings Barton Seaver, celebrated Maine chef, National Geographic explorer and award-winning author as a featured panelist for a spirited dialogue: Seafood – The Strength of Our Past and the Promise of Our Future. Samples of Maine seafood will be provided following the discussion and Q & A. Chef Seaver’s newest book, American Seafood: Heritage, Culture & Cookery from Sea to Shining Sea, will also be available for purchase and signing. Tickets are available online or by phone.
