Join for an adventure in sardine-land. This is a camp all about fish. We will meet in Lubec for a fishing expedition on Cobscook Bay, learn about the canneries that used to dot the shores, and visit the old smoke-house and museum. Then we'll head back to Reversing Hall for a smoked sardine lunch. We'll listen to a lecture on the history of the sardine industry, the ecological significance of this fishery, and we'll learn to pickle and smoke and sample fish sauces from around the world!
