Gutiérrez discusses the potential for advancing equity and inclusion in math through a radical reimagining of the field in ways that support students, teachers and members of society to thrive — “rehumanizing mathematics.” The annual Sampson Lecture is sponsored by the Richard W. Sampson Lecture Fund.
