Purpleville
Fundraiser: Each year Greenville, Maine temporarily transforms into "Purpleville," a town-wide effort to raise funds and awareness to fight Alzheimer's Disease

In 2019 a group of local Greenville residents who had all been touched by Alzheimer's in some way imagined a world where everyone gets to keep the memories they make over a lifetime.
They approached the Greenville Town Selectmen and proposed that once per year during Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month that the town officially change their name to "Purpleville" after the awareness color for Alzheimer's and dementia. With unanimous support Purpleville was born.

- Price Concert admission fee July 2nd, $35. All other events are free, donations encouraged.
