Puckerbrush Primitive Gathering
Celebrate primitive skills, traditional archery, and bushcraft, art, outdoors, and ancestral skills with an emphasis on sharing and learning. Learn an older, simpler way.
Puckerbrush is a celebration of traditional archery, bushcraft, art, outdoors, and ancestral skills. It is an opportunity for people with a diverse range of backgrounds and a shared interest in an older, simpler way of doing things to gather, both sharing and learning skills. This is very much a “hands on” event, kids of all ages are encouraged to get their hands dirty and have fun!
Saturday evening there will be a pot-luck dinner, followed by a bonfire gathering with story telling and music (feel free to bring an instrument), as well as telescopes set up for astronomy (conditions permitting).
In addition to organized activities, fishing, canoeing, and hiking opportunities are available on site. A timeline of specific activites and workshops will be published when we get closer to the event.
