Have You Been Missing the Maine State Museum?
Between May 27 and June 2, 2025, as a special thank you for supporting the museum during our closure, we are offering ALL CURRENT MEMBERS an exclusive chance to join us for a limited series of preview tours. See the work in progress on the new exhibits and spaces to be unveiled when we reopen in 2026!
The tour will focus on three new main floor exhibits, Beyond the Postcard: Stories of the Maine Experience, Vector: A Whales Life in the Gulf of Maine, and the Lunder Education Center, the museum's first dedicated space for students and school groups.
