Cooking Class - Spanish Tapas II
Our Maine cooking classes are informative, entertaining, and of course, filled with delicious food. Weekend packages are $357 – $575 and include two nights lodging and enrollment for one in the cooking class. Also included are breakfast each morning.
Tapas are the traditional little dishes of Spain; full flavored Spanish hors d’oeuvres that are easy to make and fun to eat. The menu includes: Spanish Meatballs in Almond Sauce, Shrimp Skewers with a Spicy Lemon Alioli, Manchego and Serrano Puffs, Chorizo and Spinach Empanadas and Tortilla Espanola (Spanish Omelet).
Saturday and/or Sunday 1-3 PM
