BonAire: A Celebration of Ogunquit

BonAire: A Celebration of Ogunquit goes BIG for its 40th anniversary.

This year, we’re taking the concept of Bonaire, which was created to showcase the Ogunquit area’s artists, artisans and musicians in a celebratory atmosphere with music and food, to a whole new level to serve as one of the signature events of Ogunquit’s 40th anniversary. Shore Road will be closed to traffic so we can host our anniversary block party, featuring a street-wide stage with live music & entertainment from 10am-6pm, and more. The artisan craft fair that has been central to past Bonaire events will move downtown into Jacob’s Lot from Shore Road to the Cumberland Farms lot, with some vendor spots on Shore Road as well. Vendor participation will be based on select criteria and focused on local artisans and producers. A variety of family-oriented events are planned for the Ogunquit Village School playground, health & wellness activities and programs will be available in the Commons, and we are hoping to host a pop-up nautical art museum in Perkins Cove.
