After taking Chef Michael Salmon’s class Asian Flavors at the Hartstone Inn, not only will you be able to spoil yourself with Asian fare anytime you want to,but you can impress your friends with a themed dinner party.
Weekend Cooking Class Getaway packages are $374 – $554 and include two nights lodging, breakfast each morning, afternoon cookies and tea, our five course Chef's Tasting dinner for two and enrollment for one in the cooking class. Additional enrollment into the cooking class is $45 per person.
With a few basics under your belt from an experienced chef, you should be prepared to begin (or continue) your journey through Asian cuisine’s modern and traditional styles. Get advice from Michael on equipment, techniques, resources, basic sauces, and pairings.
