Carolann is responsible for the overall operations of the Office of Tourism and the Maine Film Office. She provides a strategic direction and planning for the major elements of the offices' integrated marketing programs including Advertising, Media Relations, International Marketing, Research, Product Development, Cultural & Heritage Tourism and, Special Promotions.
Director of Marketing
Steve's primary responsibilities include managing the Office of Tourism's advertising, website development and research programs and working closely with the Director of Tourism to develop the Office's marketing strategies. He also manages the Fulfillment and Call Center operations.
Jennifer serves as the liaison between the Office of Tourism and the Tourism industry for all public relations, social media and general communications. She works with all staff to assist with coordination of content across multiple channels. Her responsibilities include gathering and sharing information with Maine tourism industry partners, communications with in-state media, and event planning.
Senior Tourism Officer
Phil's responsibilities include working with local and regional organizations on tourism development initiatives such as event development, scenic byways and recreation-based and nature-based tourism. Phil manages the Maine Tourism Marketing Partnership Program.
Karen Carberry Warhola
Director, Maine Film Office
Karen and the Film Office markets Maine as a production location and supports the economic growth of the film, television and digital-media industry. She actively recruits and supports media productions; serves as a liaison between the industry and state agencies; and provides essential support services for projects that film in Maine.
Development Project Officer
Greg helps edit, oversee and improve the Office's web resources, including VisitMaine.com, Maine's primary tourism website, and MOTPartners.com, the Office's on-line link to the tourism industry. He oversees the Office's on-line and archival photography library and works to expand Tourism's photo collection. Greg established and is expanding the Office's new video archive.
Project Development Officer
Donna is responsible for consumer travel and trade shows, motor coach and group travel (including meetings and destination weddings), and the Office’s getaways and packaging programs. She is the liaison to CruiseMaineUSA. Donna is also responsible for industry outreach and is available to Chambers of Commerce and trade associations for educational sessions on a variety of topics.
Cheryl supports Tourism's projects and activities. Her specialties include: work on VisitMaine.com, where she assists with on-line event listings; travel and trade show logistics; on-line photography for the Maine Film Office; and responses to requests for visitor information received directly at MOT.
